Com presença em mais de 80 localidades no estado de São Paulo, seguimos inovando para oferecer serviços de qualidade e atendimento de excelência aos nossos clientes.Estamos em busca de um(a) Operador(a) de Loja comprometido(a), proativo(a) e com paixão por atender bem, para fazer parte do nosso time e contribuir com uma experiência de compra positiva e acolhedora.Faça parte de uma empresa em constante crescimento e ajude a conectar pessoas por todo o estado de São Paulo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtribuições:Realizar atendimento ao cliente de forma presencial e por telefone, com cordialidade e eficiência;Efetuar vendas de planos de internet, apresentando soluções adequadas às necessidades dos clientes;Confirmar e atualizar dados cadastrais dos assinantes;Registrar no sistema o histórico de atendimentos e interações com clientes;Efetuar alterações de planos, como upgrades de serviços contratados;Emitir segunda via de boletos e orientar sobre formas de pagamento;Aplicar pesquisas de satisfação relacionadas à instalação e manutenção dos serviços;Abrir chamados técnicos para o suporte ao assinante, quando necessário;Realizar cobranças por telefone e e-mail de forma respeitosa e estratégica;Receber pagamentos de faturas e registrar no sistema;Executar rotinas de abertura e fechamento de caixa com precisão e responsabilidade;Negociar acordos com assinantes inadimplentes, buscando soluções amigáveis;Enviar notas fiscais eletrônicas conforme solicitações ou procedimentos internos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino médio completo (obrigatório);Experiência anterior com atendimento ao cliente e/ou vendas (desejável);Conhecimentos básicos em informática;Facilidade no uso de telefone, e-mail e sistemas digitais de gestão;Disponibilidade para atuar em horário comercial, inclusive aos sábados.Diferenciais:Vivência no setor de telecomunicações;Experiência com sistemas ou plataformas de atendimento ao cliente;Familiaridade com rotinas de cobranças e negociações com clientes.Habilidades e Competências:Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Atendimento cordial, empático e com foco em soluções;Proatividade e agilidade para lidar com diferentes situações;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com dados e valores;Perfil colaborativo, com facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.Informações adicionaisA Cabonnet valoriza seus colaboradores e oferece um pacote de benefícios completo para promover bem-estar, qualidade de vida e desenvolvimento profissional:🩺 Convênio Médico😁 Convênio Odontológico🍽️ Vale Alimentação ou Refeição🚌 Vale Transporte🌐 Auxílio Internet🎉 Day Off🎓 Convênio com Instituições de Ensino (Universitário)🛡️ Seguro de Vida Individual🏋️ Gympass – Acesso a academias e bem-estar🩻 Plataforma de Telemedicina – AVUS🎟️ Convênios com o Sistema S (SESC, SENAC, SENAI e SESI)
