SEU DIA A DIA NA FLORESTAOperar máquinas florestais seguindo os padrões de segurança, qualidade e produtividade estabelecidos pela operação. Contribuir para o atingimento das metas de produtividade, Disponibilidade Mecânica (DM) e Eficiência Operacional (EO). Realizar corretamente o preenchimento de checklists, apontamentos operacionais e registros das atividades executadas. Apoiar o controle do consumo de óleo hidráulico e diesel, contribuindo para o cumprimento do planejamento operacional. Participar das atividades de manutenção, realizando pequenas intervenções permitidas e auxiliando a equipe de manutenção quando necessário. Atuar como exemplo de comportamento seguro, incentivando o cuidado ativo e responsável em todas as atividades. Promover o cumprimento dos procedimentos de segurança, o uso adequado dos EPIs e a comunicação de incidentes, apoiando a implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE ESPERAMOS PARA ESSA JORNADA?Ensino Fundamental Completo com comprovação por histórico escolar ou declaração de conclusão. CNH categoria B ou superior. Certificado de Curso de Formação de Operador de Máquinas Florestais (Forwarder, Harvester, Grua, Carregador Florestal, Motoniveladora, Escavadeira ou Máquina de Esteira) ou experiência comprovada em carteira de trabalho. Experiência como operador(a) de Harvester será considerada um diferencial. Residir em Aracruz/ES.
