Para isso, não renunciamos aos nossos valores: Pessoas, Ética e Transparência, Segurança e Meio Ambiente, Inovação e Resultados.Nossa equipe é formada por Pessoas que querem fazer a diferença e participar de um grande processo de transformação.Venha fazer parte desse Time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOperar painéis de comando, controlando a moagem, o fluxo e o volume de matéria‑prima durante todo o processo.Executar monitoramento contínuo de motores, bombas, válvulas e equipamentos auxiliares, ajustando quando necessário para manter estabilidade operacional.Acompanhar temperatura, pressão e vazão da matéria‑prima e dos circuitos relacionados ao processo.Realizar leituras e registros de instrumentos (pressão, amperagem, níveis, temperaturas etc.), interpretando desvios e comunicando anomalias à liderança.Apoiar nas atividades de montagem, desmontagem, alinhamento e limpeza da moenda, conforme orientações da manutenção.Efetuar lavagem, higienização e limpeza das instalações, equipamentos e áreas de operação, garantindo condições adequadas para a operação.Auxiliar na troca de ternos, regulagens, ajustes de abertura e operações correlatas quando solicitado.Operar sistemas de segurança do processo, acionando procedimentos de parada, emergência ou isolamentos quando requerido.Reportar problemas operacionais e apoiar a equipe de manutenção durante intervenções programadas e corretivas.Realizar checklists diários e preencher controles operacionais conforme procedimentos internos.Garantir o cumprimento das normas de SSMA, utilizando EPI’s adequadamente e reportando condições inseguras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesOperar e monitorar o painel de comando da moenda, acompanhando o desempenho dos equipamentos e garantindo o correto funcionamento do processo de moagem.Controlar os parâmetros operacionais da moagem, acompanhando o volume de matéria-prima desfibrada e assegurando a continuidade e eficiência da produção.Realizar a leitura e o monitoramento dos instrumentos de medição e controle, identificando e comunicando possíveis desvios operacionais.Executar a montagem e desmontagem da moenda durante os períodos de entressafra, seguindo procedimentos técnicos e de segurança.Efetuar a limpeza e lavagem dos equipamentos, instalações e áreas de trabalho, contribuindo para a conservação dos ativos e organização do ambiente.Cumprir normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente, zelando pela integridade das pessoas, equipamentos e processos.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosPlano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida em Grupo;Alimentação em Restaurante na Empresa;Associação para Funcionários;Casas em Comodato (disponíveis para algumas unidades);Programa de Premiação;Vale alimentação.
