Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento e suporte aos clientes por meio dos canais disponibilizados pela empresa;Esclarecer dúvidas sobre a utilização do sistema Persona;Orientar clientes sobre rotinas e funcionalidades relacionadas ao Departamento Pessoal;Identificar, analisar e buscar soluções para as demandas apresentadas;Registrar corretamente os atendimentos e informações no sistema;Realizar testes e validações básicas para apoiar a identificação de possíveis problemas;Encaminhar demandas para outras áreas ou níveis de atendimento quando necessário;Acompanhar solicitações e garantir o retorno adequado aos clientes;Contribuir com sugestões de melhoria para os processos de atendimento e suporte;Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre as funcionalidades e atualizações do sistema.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Desejável estar cursando ou ter formação em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento ou interesse em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;Facilidade com sistemas e tecnologia;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Perfil analítico e capacidade de identificar e solucionar problemas;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Facilidade para aprender e explicar informações de forma clara;Gostar de atender e ajudar pessoas.Será um diferencial se você tiver: -Experiência anterior com atendimento ou suporte ao cliente;-Conhecimento em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, como folha de pagamento, admissões, férias, rescisões e obrigações trabalhistas;-Experiência com sistemas de gestão ou softwares de Departamento Pessoal;-Conhecimento do sistema Persona ou de outros sistemas da Nasajon.
