Este profissional desempenha funções essenciais para assegurar a fluidez do tráfego, o correto registro das tarifas e o cumprimento das normas de segurança da praça de pedágio.Realizar a cobrança das tarifas de pedágio, conforme as categorias de veículos e valores estabelecidos;Prestar atendimento ao usuário, orientandosobre valores e formas de pagamento (dinheiro, cartão, etc.);Emitir e entregar recibos de pagamento de pedágio aos usuários, garantindo o correto registro das transações;Monitorar o fluxo de veículos, mantendo a fluidez do tráfego nas cabines de pedágio;Realizar a troca de dinheiro e o correto manuseio de valores, garantindo a precisão das arrecadações;Zelar pela organização da cabine e área de atendimento, mantendo o ambiente limpo e seguro;Informar os usuários sobre condições de tráfego, fechamento de pistas ou outros assuntos relevantes, quando necessário;Executar outras atividades correlatas a critério do superior imediato;Utilizar adequadamente os sistemas e recursos disponibilizados pela empresa para a realização do seu trabalho, conforme normas e procedimentos internos;Ter conhecimento e cumprir, políticas, normas, procedimentos ou instruções de trabalho, definidos pelos sistemas da Qualidade, Meio Ambiente, Segurança e Medicina do Trabalho e Segurança Viária, conforme sua área de atuação, estabelecidos pela empresa ou legislação em vigor;Cumprir com as normas de segurança estabelecidas para a operação da praça de pedágio;Registrar e relatar qualquer incidente ou irregularidade no fluxo de veículos ou nas operações de cobrança;Realizar o fechamento de caixa ao final do expediente, conferindo e registrando os valores arrecadados;Atender às necessidades de clientes e motoristas, com cordialidade e respeito, para garantir uma boa experiência de atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino fundamental completo;Desejável conhecimento ou vivência em procedimentos de arrecadação e operações de caixa, bem como facilidade com cálculos simples e manuseio de dinheiro.Informações adicionais Atuação será presencial em Cassilândia/MS;Jornada de trabalho em escala 2x2.Benefícios:🍽️ Vale Alimentação ou Vale Refeição;🏥 Convênio Médico (Nacional);🛡️ Seguro de Vida;🏋️ Wellhub (Gympass);🚌 Transporte fretado.Em nossos processos seletivos, todas as pessoas são bem-vindas.
