Realizar os procedimentos de tratamento, carga e descarga, análise e controle da qualidade de produtos. Performar demais atividades relacionadas a manutenção do processo produtivo e realizando tarefas de média complexidade ligadas a descargas e armazenamento visando a crescente produtividade e eficiência do setor.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEfetuar o recebimento e a classificação de produtos agrícolas respeitando as normas técnicas e procedimentos;Realizar a análise técnica das amostras, garantindo a qualidade dos produtos que irão entrar na planta;Desenvolver relatórios formais informando a classificação do produto, assim garantindo a qualidade bem como boas condições de armazenamento;Realizar o preenchimento de controles internos, pertinentes ao setor; Apoiar no controle de caminhões para entrarem na planta, sempre fazendo contato com o checklist para não haver defasagem na performance de descarga, acompanhando e controlando o fluxo de entrada e saída de caminhões, registrando as ocorrências;Fazer a orientação dos caminhões que adentram no pátio de descarga, informando ponto de descarga, sinalização visual, bem como demais informações pertinentes ao processo para garantir a segurança da operação e das pessoas; Controlar qualidade dos produtos recebidos e expedidos acompanhando o armazenamento, sempre atentando aos processos para garantir a sua segurança;Manter o controle das atividades realizadas através de relatórios diários e semanais, tendo em vista o constante aprimoramento dos processos;Ajudar o responsável pela limpeza do setor;Assegurar a integridade física e segurança dos funcionários, máquinas e equipamentos de sua área, através da observação, cumprimento e difusão das normas e procedimentos de segurança no trabalho; Assegurar o cumprimento do cronograma de operações da unidade, através da liderança, inspecionar as diversas áreas do local de trabalho, substituir os operadores em casos de necessidade e efetuar pequenas manutenções;Executar as atividades da função respeitando todas as normas e procedimentos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente do trabalho, estabelecidos pela organização, bem como, utilizar constantemente todos os EPIs de uso obrigatório no desenvolvimento das atividades do cargo e do setor. Tendo a responsabilidade de informar ao seu superior imediato qualquer atividade que apresente risco a sua saúde ou dos demais colegas de trabalho;Exercer as atividades em comum acordo com os valores, políticas, diretrizes, procedimentos e processos da empresa, sempre focando nas metas organizacionais, e mantendo sigilo e protegendo as informações da companhia;Manter a disciplina no programa 5S, objetivando um trabalho seguro por meio da manutenção da organização, padronização e limpeza do ambiente de trabalho;Zelar pelas propriedades da empresa sob sua responsabilidade, informando ao superior imediato qualquer problema ou avaria detectada.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo.Experiência profissional acima de 02 anos.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Vale alimentação; Plano de saúde (Unimed); Plano odontológico; Vale transporte; Refeição na empresa, Gympass, Viva+ e Edupass
