Suas principais responsabilidades e atribuições incluem:Atendimento e processos de pagamentoAtender os clientes com gentileza, energia e foco na excelência do serviço.Registrar corretamente os pedidos e pagamentos no sistema da loja.Emitir notas fiscais, organizar comprovantes e manter o controle de caixa.Esclarecer dúvidas dos clientes sobre valores, formas de pagamento e promoções ativas.Organização e segurançaGarantir a organização e limpeza da estação de trabalho durante e após o turno.Cumprir procedimentos de segurança, conferência de valores e sangrias conforme orientação da liderança.Comunicar inconsistências ou divergências no caixa de forma imediata e clara.Integração com o timeAtuar em sintonia com o time de salão e cozinha para garantir uma jornada fluida ao cliente.Apoiar na organização da loja nos momentos de menor fluxo, quando necessário.Contribuir com um ambiente leve, colaborativo e em ritmo de alta performance.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos um profissional que se identifique com nosso propósito e tenha as seguintes qualificações:Organizacionais: Disciplina que nos fortalece, Segurança em cada atitude, Gratidão que nos conecta, Vibração que inspira.Habilidades Técnicas: Agilidade, foco, cordialidade e atenção aos detalhes.
