Garante o bom funcionamento e opera uma ou mais caldeiras, manejando válvulas, registros e outros dispositivos de controle, a fim de fornecer vapor, para produção de energia e outros.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no setor de caldeira verificando diariamente o funcionamento de motores, esteiras e demais equipamentos, informando operadores de painel acerca da movimentação de funcionários no espaço durante o período de limpeza, verificando o funcionamento do maquinário e comunicando aos operadores eventuais alterações observadas a fim de que sejam tomadas as devidas providencias para garantir o funcionamento da caldeira.Realizar limpeza de grelhas abrindo bocas da fornalha e removendo as impurezas (cinzas) provenientes do bagaço, com intuito de evitar alterações no funcionamento do setor.Solicitar o serviço do eletricista ou mecânico industrial para realização de reparos e normalização do processo.Controlar o acionamento do retorno da caldeira de acordo com o funcionamento da moenda, a fim de evitar maiores transtornos ao processo devido à falta de bagaço.Tomar as providencias necessárias, de acordo com a orientação dos superiores, em casos de parada da caldeira no funcionamento das mesmas, fechando ventiladores e bocas e abrindo exaustores até que a situação se regularize.Realizar, ao final do expediente, a revisão geral das válvulas, ventiladores e esteiras de bagaço e fuligem e montagem das grelhas a fim de manter a estrutura adequada e dar continuidade ao processo.Registrar dados referentes à limpeza do setor em formulários específicos.Preencher checklist de inspeção dos equipamentos em operação.Fazer requisições no almoxarifado quando necessitar de materiais para alguma intervenção nos equipamentos da caldeira.Utilizar os epi's determinados para a função e área de atuação.Manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo e organizado, seguindo as normas de segurança e qualidade.Substituir o líder ou o operador de COI, nos dias de folga ou possível afastamento momentâneo.No período da entressafra poderá auxiliar equipes de manutenção industrial sob coordenação e orientação de profissionais técnicos ou de superior imediato do setor, em trabalhos de caldeiraria, manutenção mecânica e soldagem.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência: Quatro anos de experiencia.Formação Acadêmica: Ensino médio completo ou técnico.Informações adicionais🏥 - Assistência Saúde🦷 - Plano Odontológico💓 - Seguro de Vida💊 - Assistência Farmácia🛒 - Vale Alimentação🚌 - Ônibus fretado pela empresa🍽 - Restaurante na empresa🏆 - PMRN - Participação nas Metas e Resultados🎁 - Cesta de Natal🤝 - Convênios educacionais com descontos em diversos cursos
