O cargo responde pela usinagem das peças, realizando MPO, preparando a máquina, fixando a peça no dispositivo, carregando o programa CNC e realizando a usinagem, registrando as medias da peça, fazendo o acabamento fino com esmeril e realizando apontamento de produção para garantir que as peças entejam dentro dos padrões especificados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a Manutenção atribuída ao Operador, de acordo com o checklist e instrução de trabalho, para assegurar que o equipamento esteja em condições de operação, ou então relatar o problema para a manutenção no inicio do turno.Seguir os Procedimentos Operacionais e Normativas Internas de Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho dentro do seu domínio.Preparar a máquina, verificando ferramentas e informações contidas na Ficha Técnica de Usinagem. Carregar o programa conforme modelo e operação planejada para a sequência de produção. Montagem dos dispositivos nas mesas.Registrar as medidas durante e ao final do processo de Usinagem, preenchendo o plano de controle de qualidade definido, para garantir a rastreabilidade dos processos executados. Registrar a execução do processo no sistema, bem como demais registros em sistema de controle de fluxo e produçãoRealizar processos de Usinagem de peça, carregando o programa CNC, preparando ferramentas e corrigindo os parâmetros de máquina, caso necessário. Objetivando o atendimento das metas estabelecidas.
