Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na recuperação de créditos inadimplentes, com foco em carteiras de cobrança ajuizada e contratos com atrasos superiores a 365 dias (WO);

Retenção de clientes próximos de cancelar por falta de pagamento

Atendimento ativo e receptivo para negociação de débitos

Acionamento via aplicativo de mensagem, discador e e-mail para negociações e contatos preventivos e acompanhamentos até os pagamentos das negociações para regularização da dívida.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em cobrança, preferencialmente de carteiras de alta complexidade;

Experiência com cobrança ajuizadas;

Experiência em negociação e recuperação de crédito;

Experiência com bens em garantia e negociações relacionadas à recuperação desses ativos;

Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação e argumentação;

Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;

Perfil persuasivo, resiliente e orientado a resultados;

Capacidade de conduzir negociações com clientes em situações de inadimplência de longo prazo;

Organização para acompanhamento de acordos e carteira de clientes;

Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas, discadores e ferramentas de comunicação.

Informações adicionaisBuscamos um profissional com perfil comercial e negociador, que tenha experiência em situações de cobrança de maior complexidade e saiba conduzir negociações de forma estratégica, especialmente com dívidas ajuizadas, clientes de longa inadimplência e contratos com bens em garantia. Diferencial: experiência em escritórios de advocacia, empresas de recuperação de crédito, instituições financeiras, financeiras de veículos ou áreas que atuem diretamente com cobrança judicial e recuperação de ativos.
