Transformação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar contato com clientes inadimplentes por telefone, mensagem ou outros canais de atendimento;Informar clientes sobre débitos, prazos, valores e condições de pagamento;Apoiar na negociação de formas de pagamento, parcelamentos e acordos;Registrar em sistema todas as interações realizadas com os clientes;Atualizar status de cobrança, informações cadastrais e dados de contato;Esclarecer dúvidas dos clientes sobre faturas, valores e condições de pagamento;Apoiar na organização e manutenção da carteira de clientes;Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios básicos de cobrança, como valores a receber e lista de devedores;Contribuir para a recuperação de valores e para a manutenção de um bom relacionamento com o cliente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Desejável ensino superior cursando em Administração, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Proatividade e vontade de aprender;Ética, discrição e responsabilidade no tratamento das informações;Capacidade de negociação e resolução de problemas básicos;Conhecimento básico em informática;Desejável conhecimento em Pacote Office;Desejável familiaridade com sistemas de CRM ou ferramentas de cobrança;Desejável noções de técnicas de cobrança e negociação;Experiência em atendimento ao cliente, rotinas administrativas, financeiras ou cobrança será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosNa AGE Fibra, cuidamos de quem faz parte do nosso time.
