Profissional capacitado tecnicamente para operar, monitorar e executar manobras complexas em equipamentos críticos dos sistemas elétricos de baixa e média tensão. Atuando em alimentadores, subestações, transformadores, unidades de geração de energia (turbogeradores), geradores de emergência, Sistema Black Start, ERAC (Esquema Regional de Alívio de Cargas), SRC (Sistema de Rejeição de Cargas) e energia segura (UPS e retificadores).

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOperar, monitorar e controlar equipamentos e sistemas de utilidades, incluindo instalações elétricas e subestações associadas, turbinas, motores e geradores;Identificar, diagnosticar e atuar na solução de desvios operacionais, contingências e emergências, mantendo equilíbrio emocional e foco nos resultados para mitigar os riscos;Ser capaz de avaliar riscos, planejar e tomar decisões com responsabilidade e julgamento técnico;Manter o protagonismo, senso de dono e coragem para intervir diante de riscos e desvios, contribuindo para a segurança, confiabilidade e desempenho dos ativos;Executar rotinas operacionais, manobras e inspeções de campo com segurança, disciplina operacional e excelência;Realizar partidas, paradas, recomposição, restabelecimento e isolação de equipamentos, conforme procedimentos operacionais;Liberar e receber equipamentos e sistemas para manutenção, garantindo condições seguras para intervenção e retorno à operação;Interagir com as áreas de Operação, Manutenção, Engenharia e Segurança, assegurando a continuidade e confiabilidade operacional;Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais e dos requisitos de segurança, saúde, meio ambiente e conformidade legal. Forte compromisso com segurança, disciplina operacional e cumprimento de normas, procedimentos e requisitos legais;Registrar e comunicar informações operacionais e ocorrências de forma clara, precisa e objetiva.Presença em campo e orientação para decisões baseadas em fatos, dados técnicos e observações da operação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade:  Ensino Médio técnico em Elétrica;Certificações: Certificado de capacitação para trabalhos elétricos conforme NR-10, SEP e NR-20;Registro ativo no CFT;Experiência Desejada: Vivência em unidades geradoras termoelétricas, plantas químicas, petroquímicas, refinarias, operação de subestações e concessionárias.Informações adicionaisO que nós ofereceremos?
