Estamos em busca de um(a) Operador(a) de Loja para atuar de forma presencial em Moema, São Paulo/SP. A pessoa selecionada fará parte de uma operação voltada ao atendimento ao cliente, organização do espaço e suporte às rotinas de loja, contribuindo para uma experiência ágil, acolhedora e de qualidade.

Principais responsabilidades

Realizar atendimento ao cliente com cordialidade e atenção; Apresentar, preparar e servir os produtos conforme os padrões da operação; Operar o caixa, realizar recebimentos e apoiar no fechamento quando necessário; Repor produtos, embalagens e insumos ao longo do expediente; Manter o balcão e a loja organizados e limpos; Apoiar a rotina da equipe para garantir agilidade no atendimento.

Experiência com atendimento ao público em restaurantes, bares, lanchonetes, gelaterias, sorveterias ou estabelecimentos similares; Conhecimento ou experiência com caixa e recebimentos; Noções de organização de balcão, reposição de produtos e apoio à operação da loja.

Boa comunicação e postura no atendimento; Organização e atenção aos detalhes; Agilidade para atuar em rotina dinâmica; Responsabilidade e pontualidade; Disponibilidade para trabalhar aos finais de semana, conforme escala.
