Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento ao cliente de forma presencial e pelos diversos canais de comunicação da empresa (telefone, e-mail, WhatsApp, entre outros), seguindo os padrões de atendimento estabelecidos e registrando no sistema o máximo de informações sobre a solicitação, visando a qualidade no atendimento;Elaborar orçamentos de peças e acessórios, encaminhar para aprovação dos clientes, realizar o follow-up das propostas e, após aprovação, efetivar a implantação dos pedidos em sistema integrado, garantindo o correto atendimento das demandas;Acompanhar pendências relacionadas a peças e orçamentos, atuando de forma proativa nos casos de não efetivação, adotando ações corretivas imediatas para conversão ou solução das demandas;Organizar e manter atualizada toda a documentação do departamento, assegurando fácil acesso e rastreabilidade das informações sempre que necessário;Prestar retorno ágil e assertivo aos clientes internos e externos sobre solicitações de peças e acessórios, visando a transparência e a satisfação no atendimento;Atualizar e manter as informações de vendas no site (estoque, cadastro de produtos, preços, promoções e lançamentos), garantindo a confiabilidade e integridade dos dados disponibilizados;Receber e tratar reclamações e devoluções de clientes relacionadas a peças e acessórios, registrando as informações no sistema e em relatórios da qualidade, acompanhando a análise do setor responsável e retornando ao cliente com as devidas tratativas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo.Desejável:Estar cursando Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas afins.
