Estamos formando nosso time para a nova fábrica de massas e buscamos profissionais com experiência em processos industriais, operação de máquinas e acompanhamento de linhas de produção.Como Operador de Processo – Linha de Massa Curta, você será responsável por operar e acompanhar os equipamentos e as etapas do processo produtivo de massas curtas, garantindo o correto funcionamento da linha e o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, produtividade e segurança.O profissional terá papel fundamental na operação da nova fábrica, acompanhando os parâmetros do processo, identificando desvios e contribuindo para a estabilidade e eficiência da produção.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOperar e acompanhar os equipamentos da linha de produção de massas curtas;Acompanhar as etapas do processo produtivo, desde a preparação da massa até a saída do produto para as etapas seguintes;Monitorar os parâmetros de operação da linha, realizando ajustes conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos;Acompanhar os processos de mistura, formação, extrusão, corte e demais etapas relacionadas à produção de massas curtas;Monitorar parâmetros como temperatura, umidade, pressão, velocidade e demais variáveis aplicáveis ao processo;Acompanhar o processo de formação e corte dos diferentes formatos de massas curtas;Realizar inspeções durante o processo para garantir que o produto esteja dentro dos padrões estabelecidos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosEnsino Médio completo;Experiência anterior em indústria ou processos produtivos;Experiência com operação de máquinas e equipamentos industriais;Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de turnos;Conhecimento básico de processos industriais;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Responsabilidade e comprometimento com normas e procedimentos;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
