Preparar máquinas e os equipamentos e materiais para desempenho do processo de beneficiamento da planta. Acompanhar todas as atividades no processo de beneficiamento de acordo com os procedimentos e cumprir com normas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOperar o sistema de beneficiamento respeitando e cumprindo todos os procedimentos;Análise dos parâmetros operacionais.Garantir a limpeza da balança, áreas de circulação, adequação das grades de proteção das correias e das partes móveis;Verificar se todos os equipamentos estão em perfeito funcionamento como alimentadores, grelhas, talhas, raspadores, roletes alinhadores, britador.Acompanhar os parâmetros operacionais da flotação bem como granulometria e pH da alimentação;Entender, monitorar e corrigir parâmetros na operação da planta de beneficiamento (Moagem, Britagem, Lixiviação intensiva, CIL, amostragem).Inspecionar máquinas e equipamentos de beneficiamento de minérios.Solicitar manutenção de máquinas e equipamentos.Alimentar todos os sistemas de beneficiamento.Controlar a dimensão das partículas de minério.Monitorar a capacidade de produção.Analisar ordem de produção.Controlar entrada e saída de matéria prima.Limpar máquinas e equipamentos para manutenção.Regular máquinas e equipamentos quando necessário;Manter máquinas e equipamentos em condição de uso segura;Identificar os gargalos durante a produção.Fazer limpeza nas passarelas e plataformas;Dar suporte as outras áreas operacionaisRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo.Experiência e conhecimento em Processos de Beneficiamento de Planta – Moagem, Britagem, Lixiviação intensiva, CIL, amostragem.Conhecimento em Pacote Office.CNH BInformações adicionaisAlimentação na empresaTransporte empresarialSeguro de vidaPlano de saúde Plano odontológico Vale alimentação Auxílio MoradiaCesta NatalinaAuxílio CrechePRL
