Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecebimento de materiais·        Receber, identificar e armazenar materiais;·        Conferir a quantidade recebida e os documentos de recebimento;·        Checar visualmente;·        Coletar amostras para inspeção e ensaio de embalagem;·        Contar o estoque;·        Transportar e armazenar os materiais;·        Preencher registros, limpar e organizar as áreas.Devolução·      Bloquear e Desbloquear os materiais (matérias-primas e embalagens) no sistema;·      Alimentar os dados das atividades no sistema;·      Controlar os materiais para devolução.Preparação de materiais·        Checar / identificar materiais;·        Movimentar materiais;·        Preparar os paletes;·        Preencher registros, limpar e organizar as áreas.Pré-mistura e mistura·        Identificar, movimentar e peneirar materiais;·        Pesar a matéria prima;·        Abastecer os misturadores;·        Operar balanças, tanque de gordura, misturadores;·        Drenar a linha de gordura;·        Controlar qualidade em processo (visual) e os parâmetros de processo e rastreabilidade;·        Coletar Swab;·        Preencher registros, limpar e organizar as áreas.Secagem (Ajisal, Hondashi, Mid Sugar)·        Operar secador;·        Preencher registros, limpar e organizar as áreas.Apoio Operacional·        Liberar o pessoal para revezamento;·        Dar suporte a linha;·        Manter limpo e organizado a área de trabalho.Operação de máquinas de embalagem·        Checar peso e controlar dentro das especificações;·        Operar máquina e carimbo;·        Set up de máquinas;·        Inspecionar equipamento conforme check-list;·        Realizar análise sensorial para liberação de batchs;·        Analisar e controlar a qualidade das embalagens (parâmetros de processo);·        Acompanhar e monitorar o CEP;·        Retirada de amostras da linha produtiva;·        Preencher registros, limpar e organizar as áreas.Embalagem e encaixotamento·        Abastecer máquinas com material de embalagem;·        Embalar produtos em embalagens primárias e/ou secundárias;·        Encaixotar produtos, acondicionando-os em caixas de embarque;·        Checar visualmente a qualidade da embalagem (integridade do carimbo, lote, validade, códigos de barra, identificação do produto e eficiência de selagem);·        Realizar análise sensorial para liberação de batchs;·        Organizar e limpar a área;·        Retirada de amostras da linha produtiva;Paletização·        Empilhar caixas/ sacos de produtos;·        Apontar produção no sistema SAP;·        Checar visualmente as embalagens e paletização;·        Organizar e limpar a área.Limpeza e sanitização·        Checar visualmente os equipamentos;·        Preencher registros;·        Limpar e sanitizar equipamentos e utensílios.Abastecimento de materiais (talha)·        Checar visualmente Matéria Prima;·        Abastecer silo de produto;·        Operar talha;·        Preencher registros, limpar e organizar as áreas.Granulação·        Operar granulador e estufa;·        Esterilizar as mangueiras do tanque de água (Binder);·        Inspecionar vazões nas mangueiras;·        Montar/ desmontar bicos spray;·        Analisar o controle de processo (umidade, dispersabilidade e solubilidade);·        Preencher registros, limpar e organizar as áreas.Descarregamento de produto granulado·        Operar tombador, esteiras de produto e moinho quadro Co-mill;·        Preencher registros, limpar e organizar as áreas.Seleção de pedaços·        Selecionar materiais estranhos contidos nos pedaços e produtos indesejáveis;·        Preencher registros, limpar e organizar as áreas.TPM – Desenvolvimento de atividades relacionadas ao Programa de Manutenção Autônoma da Produção, com o objetivo de eliminar problemas de eficiência no processo produtivo causada por desgaste natural.·        Montar e desmontar peças dos equipamentos;·        Inspecionar equipamento na linha de produção;·        Limpar detalhadamente, lubrificar e fazer pequenos reparos;·        Preencher registros.Requisitos e qualificações·        Educação:Ensino Fundamental Completo.
