Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições: O profissional será responsável por executar atividades operacionais de manuseio, acondicionamento, travamento, contagem e movimentação de peças estampadas em racks, garantindo a integridade do produto, a segurança do processo e o cumprimento dos padrões logísticos e de armazenagem definidos.Principais Atividades:Retirar peças estampadas da esteira transportadora com cuidado, evitando danos ao produto e riscos operacionais;Avaliar as condições do rack antes da utilização, garantindo que esteja adequado para o acondicionamento seguro das peças;Posicionar corretamente as peças no rack conforme padrão e instruções logísticas estabelecidas;Realizar o travamento e fixação das peças no rack, assegurando estabilidade e segurança para transporte e armazenamento;Executar a contagem de peças acondicionadas, garantindo a quantidade correta para fechamento da produção;Realizar transbordo de peças entre racks sempre que necessário, mantendo qualidade e segurança durante o manuseio;Garantir a limpeza e conservação das embalagens utilizadas no processo;Assegurar que as embalagens estejam isentas de resíduos de água ou contaminações;Preservar a integridade das peças durante o armazenamento e movimentação interna;Garantir a correta fixação e contagem das peças nas embalagens e racks utilizados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPré-requisitos:Ensino fundamental completo (desejável ensino médio);Experiência prévia em atividades operacionais de logística, produção ou armazenagem;Conhecimento prático em manuseio e acondicionamento de peças industriais;Atenção a detalhes para execução correta de travamento, posicionamento e contagem;Compromisso com normas de segurança e qualidade no ambiente fabril.Diferenciais:Experiência na indústria automotiva;Vivência com racks metálicos, embalagens retornáveis e transbordo de materiais;Perfil organizado, disciplinado e com foco em segurança operacional.
