Estamos em busca de um (a) Operador(a) de Produção para atuar em uma empresa de grande porte do segmento industrial, localizada em Vespasiano/MG.O(a) profissional será responsável pelas atividades de preparação, corte, montagem e costura de materiais utilizados na fabricação de elementos filtrantes, operando máquinas de costura industriais e demais equipamentos necessários ao processo produtivo.Buscamos profissionais com disponibilidade para atuação em turnos. Vivência com máquinas industriais será considerada um diferencial.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a preparação e o corte de tecidos e demais materiais, seguindo moldes, medidas e especificações estabelecidas;Realizar a montagem das peças cortadas e executar as etapas de costura necessárias para fabricação dos elementos filtrantes;Operar máquinas de costura industriais e outros equipamentos utilizados no processo produtivo;Verificar as ordens de produção e alinhar com a liderança as prioridades de fabricação;Realizar o setup das máquinas de costura para início da produção;Executar a costura dos elementos filtrantes e acessórios conforme as especificações da ordem de produção;Garantir a utilização correta dos componentes e materiais indicados para cada produto;Realizar o autocontrole durante o processo produtivo, verificando a qualidade das peças produzidas;Identificar e segregar peças que apresentem defeitos ou não conformidades;Preservar a integridade das máquinas, equipamentos, materiais e ferramentas utilizados;Solicitar manutenção corretiva dos equipamentos sempre que identificada alguma necessidade;Manter o ambiente e o posto de trabalho limpos e organizados;Cumprir as normas e os procedimentos de segurança estabelecidos pela empresa;Seguir os procedimentos, instruções e normas do Sistema da Qualidade aplicáveis às atividades da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Ensino Médio Completo ou cursando (obrigatório);Conhecimento em operação de máquinas/equipamentos de produção;Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos.Desejáveis: Experiência em máquinas de costura industriais; Conhecimento em máquinas de 1 e 2 agulhas.Conhecimento em máquinas de interlock 5 fios e fechamento de peças monofilamentos e multifilamentos.Conhecimento em máquina de ponto corrente 3 agulhas.Conhecimento em todo processo de costura reta, com auxílio de aparelhos.Experiência em processo de enganzamento com 3 agulhas e todo processo de filtro prensa, costura de borrachas em telas.Conhecimento em operar máquinas/equipamentos de produção.Informações adicionaisHorários de trabalho: É necessário possuir disponibilidade para atuação em turnos:1º turno: 06h30 às 14h30;2º turno: 14h30 às 22h30;3º turno: 22h30 às 06h30.
