Atualmente, estamos com uma vaga aberta para Operador de Produção Especializado, que atuará de forma presencial na Indústria Farmacêutica localizada em Guarulhos.Em nossa empresa, buscamos oferecer soluções inovadoras e criativas com transparência e integridade, sempre focados na total satisfação de nossos clientes e colaboradores. Valorizamos relações autênticas, o acolhimento e a inclusão, criando um ambiente onde todos se sintam respeitados e valorizados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar a manipulação de produtos de acordo com as fichas de fabricação;Receber e conferir matérias primas de acordo com os procedimentos, a fim de garantir a integridade e qualidade do produto;Operar os equipamentos envolvidos no processo de manipulação;Montar, desmontar e ajustar os equipamentos que opera;Limpar e descontaminar todos os equipamentos e ambientes de trabalho, após cada processo de fabricação para atender as normas de BPF;Efetuar testes físicos nos produtos com a finalidade de seguir as exigências técnicas estabelecidas na ficha de fabricação;Preencher formulários, gráficos, identificações e documentação especilica dos produtos em processo;Executar todas as atividades para liberaçãoda produção, de acordo com os procedimentos;Liberar a linha de produção quando designado pelo supervisor de Produção;Auxdiar na elaboração e revisão de POT's;Auxiliar na revisão e atualização das Técnicas de Manipulação;Informar a supervisão de produção sobre qualquer anormalidade detectada durante o processo produtivo;Realizar inspeção visual durante todo o processo produtivo a fim de monitorar a qualidade do produto;Participar da qualificação de equipamentos e validação de processos;Cumprir a programação diária de produção, comunicando a supervisão de produção eventuais alterações;Preparar diluições de agentes de limpeza e desinfecção conforme procedimentos;Checar a aferição e calibração dos equipamentos antes do uso;Manter em bom estado de conservação os equipamentos, as peças e os acessórios;Orientar e treinar os profissionais com menor nivel de experiência na atividade;Auxiiar no processo de inventário de bens patrimoniais;Executar outras tarefas pertinentes ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio (Formação completa);Experiencia na área de Produção em industria farmacêutica;Informações adicionais Salário: R$3.682,54* Refeição no local;* Vale Transporte;* Convênio Odontológico;* Convênio medico;* Total Pass;* Auxilio Creche;* Seguro de vida em grupo.
