Entendemos que só assim continuaremos crescendo, gerando oportunidades para todos e contribuindo para uma transição segura da matriz energética brasileira rumo a uma economia de baixo carbono.Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsável por realizar atividades operacionais relacionadas à produção, manutenção e monitoramento de instalações de petróleo e gás onshore. Este cargo desempenha um papel fundamental na asseguração da operação segura, eficiente e contínua das instalações em campo;Opera, monitora e ajustar parâmetros de equipamentos de produção, incluindo bombas, compressores, separadores gravitacionais bifásicos e trifásicos, vasos depuradores e outros sistemas de processo;Garanti que todas as operações sejam conduzidas de maneira eficiente e em conformidade com os procedimentos operacionais padrão, além de atender rigorosamente às regulamentações de segurança e ambientais;Coleta amostras de óleo, gás e água para análise laboratoriais e garantir o controle de qualidade. • Registrar os resultados e informar imediatamente eventuais desvios aos supervisores, propondo ações corretivas;Monitora os parâmetros operacionais de estações coletoras e poços, como pressão, temperatura, vazão, níveis de tanques, níveis estáticos e dinâmicos dos poços, assim como parâmetros operacionais de sistemas de elevação artificial (bombeio mecânico, bombeio de cavidades progressivas, bombeio centrífugo submerso e sistemas gás lift);Segui com eficiência as políticas e procedimentos de saúde, segurança e meio ambiente (SMS);Zela pela segurança própria e dos colegas de trabalho, relatar prontamente quaisquer condições inseguras ou incidentes e contribuir ativamente para a implementação de medidas preventivas; Mantêm registros detalhados das atividades realizadas, leituras de equipamentos, manutenções executadas e outros dados relevantes;Prepara relatórios de turno e fornecer informações para relatórios de produção, contribuindo para análises mais aprofundadas; Deve estar prontamente preparado para responder a emergências, como vazamentos ou falhas no sistema, seguindo protocolos estabelecidos, acionar e auxiliar, caso seja necessário, a equipe de resposta;Deverá seguir com  os protocolos de emergência estabelecidos e acionar a equipe de resposta apropriada; Participa ativamente de treinamentos e programas de desenvolvimento oferecidos pela empresa para aprimorar as habilidades técnicas e conhecimentos, mantendo-se atualizado com as melhores práticas do setor.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência prévia  na Indústria de O&G; Ensino Técnico Completo em Automação, Elétrica, Eletrotécnica, Instrumentação, Mecânica, Petróleo e Gás, Química ou correlatas; Sólida capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, seguir procedimentos e tomar decisões rápidas e assertivas;Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de turnos e atender a chamados de emergência; Foco em resultados; Busca ativamente oportunidades de crescimento e desafios, contribuindo proativamente para melhoria contínua dos processos e operações;Excelente habilidade de comunicação; Forte compromisso com a segurança. #LI-CS1
