Operar e acompanhar o processo de extrusão, garantindo o cumprimento dos parâmetros e padrões estabelecidos; Monitorar, acompanhar e controlar o processo de secagem, densidade, atividade de água, padrão de cor, tamanho e formato dos produtos; Realizar ajustes nos parâmetros da extrusora, dentro dos procedimentos e limites estabelecidos; Identificar desvios e anormalidades no processo e realizar os ajustes necessários com autonomia, conforme os padrões definidos; Realizar a montagem e troca de matrizes de corte de forma autônoma, quando necessário; Realizar a higienização das matrizes, ferramentas e equipamentos utilizados no processo; Monitorar os Pontos Críticos de Controle (PCC), seguindo os procedimentos de segurança dos alimentos; Registrar parâmetros, controles, ocorrências e demais informações do processo em formulários e sistemas padronizados; Atuar na identificação de causas de desvios e falhas do processo, contribuindo para ações corretivas e melhoria dos resultados; Zelar pela qualidade dos produtos e pelo cumprimento dos padrões de segurança dos alimentos, segurança do trabalho e meio ambiente; Atuar como referência técnica no processo, apoiando o treinamento, a orientação e a disseminação de conhecimentos aos Operadores de Produção I e II, sem responsabilidade de gestão direta; Manter a limpeza, organização e conservação do setor, equipamentos e ferramentas, conforme os padrões estabelecidos; Executar outras atividades correlatas, conforme necessidade da área e orientação da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo; Experiência anterior em processos produtivos será considerada um diferencial; Experiência com operação de extrusora será considerada um diferencial; Conhecimento em processos de extrusão e parâmetros de processo será considerado um diferencial; Conhecimento em controles de qualidade e segurança dos alimentos será considerado um diferencial.Horário: Seg. à Sex: 22:00 às 06:42Diferenciais

Experiência com operação e ajustes de parâmetros de extrusoras; Conhecimento em processos de secagem, densidade e atividade de água; Experiência com montagem e troca de matrizes de corte; Conhecimento em Pontos Críticos de Controle (PCC); Experiência na identificação e correção de desvios de processo; Vivência no treinamento e desenvolvimento técnico de operadores.
