Estamos transformando nossa operação de Relacionamento com o Cliente para um modelo cada vez mais integrado entre pessoas, tecnologia, dados e experiência. Buscamos profissionais que gostem de atender e resolver problemas, mas que também tenham curiosidade para entender como a tecnologia pode tornar essa experiência mais simples, inteligente e eficiente. A atuação continuará acontecendo diretamente com nossos clientes por meio de Chat e Telefonia, porém dentro de uma nova dinâmica operacional, com utilização de CRM, Inteligência Artificial, automações, integrações, workflows e bases de conhecimento como parte do dia a dia. Mais do que seguir processos, queremos pessoas capazes de entender contextos, investigar causas, utilizar ferramentas, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e contribuir para a evolução contínua da operação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento aos clientes via Chat e Telefonia, garantindo qualidade, empatia, resolutividade e clareza;

Utilizar o CRM como principal ferramenta de gestão da jornada e histórico do cliente;

Atuar em conjunto com recursos de Inteligência Artificial e automação, assumindo casos que necessitem de intervenção humana ou maior capacidade de análise;

Investigar demandas e buscar a causa raiz dos contatos, evitando apenas soluções superficiais;

Registrar corretamente informações, classificações e tratativas no CRM, contribuindo para a qualidade dos dados da operação;

Executar e acompanhar workflows e escalonamentos para áreas especialistas quando necessário;

Navegar entre diferentes sistemas e fontes de informação para construir soluções;

Identificar falhas, recorrências e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e jornadas;

Contribuir com feedbacks para evolução da IA, automações, base de conhecimento e processos de atendimento;

Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com outras áreas envolvidas na jornada do cliente;

Acompanhar seus indicadores de produtividade, qualidade e experiência, buscando evolução contínua.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesBoa comunicação verbal e escrita;

Capacidade de investigação e resolução de problemas;

Raciocínio lógico e facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes sistemas;

Curiosidade por Inteligência Artificial, automação, tecnologia e novas ferramentas;

Capacidade de compreender processos e identificar oportunidades de melhoria;

Organização e qualidade nos registros;

Autonomia para buscar informações e aprender;

Adaptabilidade diante de mudanças de processos e tecnologias;

Orientação ao cliente sem perder a visão de eficiência operacional;

Interesse genuíno em aprender como CRM, dados e tecnologia podem melhorar a experiência do cliente.Informações adicionaisAqui está uma parte importante, porque conseguimos abrir a porta para perfis tecnicamente interessantes mesmo que não venham de anos de Call Center: Experiência ou conhecimento em CRM, atendimento digital, Chat, Zendesk, Salesforce, VTEX, ferramentas de IA generativa, automações, construção de prompts, workflows, análise de dados, Excel/Google Sheets, e-commerce ou plataformas digitais será considerado diferencial. Conhecimento avançado não é obrigatório. Curiosidade, capacidade de aprendizado e disposição para experimentar novas tecnologias serão altamente valorizadas.
