Transformação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimentos ativos e receptivos com clientes que manifestaram intenção de cancelamento;Entender as necessidades, insatisfações e motivos de cancelamento dos clientes;Apresentar soluções, alternativas e condições de negociação conforme as políticas da empresa;Atuar de forma consultiva, cordial e empática para reverter cancelamentos e fortalecer o relacionamento com o cliente;Registrar corretamente as informações nos sistemas internos, garantindo histórico e acompanhamento das tratativas;Contribuir para a fidelização dos clientes e para a melhoria da experiência com a AGE Fibra;Acompanhar e cumprir metas e indicadores da área, como retenção, qualidade no atendimento e produtividade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, negociação ou relacionamento com clientes;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Escuta ativa, empatia e habilidade para lidar com situações de insatisfação;Capacidade de argumentação, persuasão e resolução de problemas;Organização para registrar informações e acompanhar tratativas nos sistemas internos;Facilidade para trabalhar com metas, indicadores e produtividade;Conhecimento básico em informática e ferramentas digitais;Desejável conhecimento em sistemas de atendimento, CRM ou plataformas de relacionamento com clientes;Desejável vivência anterior em retenção, fidelização, SAC, vendas, cobrança ou contact center;Desejável curso ou capacitação em atendimento ao cliente, comunicação, negociação, vendas ou gestão de conflitos;Será um diferencial estar cursando ensino técnico ou superior em Administração, Comunicação, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisNa AGE Fibra, cuidamos de quem faz parte do nosso time.
