Estamos formando nosso time para a nova fábrica de massas e buscamos profissionais comprometidos, responsáveis e atentos aos processos industriais.Como Operador de Silos de Farinha, você será responsável por operar e acompanhar os sistemas de recebimento, armazenamento, movimentação e abastecimento de farinha, garantindo o fornecimento adequado da matéria-prima para o processo produtivo.Você fará parte da equipe responsável pela operação de uma nova unidade industrial, contribuindo para que os processos sejam realizados com segurança, qualidade, organização e eficiência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOperar e acompanhar o sistema de recebimento, armazenamento e abastecimento de farinha;Realizar o recebimento e direcionamento da farinha para os silos de armazenamento, conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos;Controlar os níveis dos silos e acompanhar a disponibilidade de matéria-prima para o processo produtivo;Operar equipamentos utilizados na movimentação e transporte da farinha, como roscas transportadoras, elevadores e sistemas pneumáticos;Realizar o abastecimento das linhas de produção conforme programação e necessidade do processo;Acompanhar os parâmetros de funcionamento dos equipamentos e realizar ajustes operacionais quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino Médio completo;Experiência anterior em indústria ou operação de equipamentos industriais;Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de turnos;Conhecimento básico de processos produtivos;Capacidade de acompanhar parâmetros e controles operacionais;Organização, atenção e responsabilidade;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Comprometimento com normas e procedimentos de segurança e qualidade.Será considerado diferencial:Experiência com operação de silos;Experiência com armazenamento ou movimentação de matérias-primas;Experiência em indústria alimentícia;Experiência com farinha, cereais, trigo ou produtos similares;Experiência com sistemas de transporte pneumático;Experiência com elevadores, roscas transportadoras ou equipamentos similares;Conhecimento de Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF);Experiência como Operador de Produção ou Operador de Processos.
