A essência do Palato é servir, e nós fazemos isso com amor, fazemos tudo com alegria e dedicação para que cada cliente não tenha somente um bom atendimento, mas também a sua melhor experiência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar atendimento aos clientes, via telefone e online nos assuntos de autoatendimento, relacionados ao sistema e ao ambiente de trabalho;Organizar e abastecer o banco de autoatendimento com a utilização do autoatendimento dos autoatendimento dos clientes;Fazer o registro das mercadorias adquiridas pelos clientes, informando o que for preciso;Efetuar a limpeza e organização do setor, visando agilizar a entrega dos produtos nos balcões;Realizar a troca de preços das mercadorias, bem como o encaminhamento dos produtos para as áreas de vendas e caixas;Preparar o setor de frutas (balcão, mesa vazio, setor de mercearia);Acompanhar o abastecimento e a validade dos produtos;Comunicar ao setor de frente de caixa sobre os problemas que surjam no setor;Efetuar o atendimento aos clientes, quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Fundamental Completo.
