Requisitos e qualificações📋 O que buscamos em você (Requisitos & Qualificações):Ensino Médio Completo;Escrita impecável: Excelente ortografia, gramática, clareza e digitação rápida em conversas por texto;Perfil Multitarefa: Facilidade para gerenciar várias janelas e conversas simultâneas em plataformas de mensagens e sistemas digitais;Pacote Office Básico (principalmente Excel) e facilidade para aprender novos softwares.⭐ Será um super diferencial se você tiver:Experiência em telemarketing ativo/receptivo ou atendimento ao cliente, SAC, receptivo/ativo ou atendimento por chat/WhatsApp;Vivência em atendimento consultivo nos segmentos de saúde, estética, cirurgia plástica ou serviços de alto valor;Conhecimento e aplicação prática do método SPIN Selling adaptado para texto;Conhecimento no sistema Moderna;Histórico comprovado de atingimento de metas e alta performance em operações de atendimento!Informações adicionais⏰ Horário, Escala e Local de Trabalho:Jornada Regular (Segunda a Sexta): 13h48 às 22h00 (Presencial);Escala: 5x2 (de segunda a sexta-feira);Plantão de Final de Semana: Trabalho em apenas 1 final de semana a cada 6 semanas (100% Home Office):Sábado: 09h00 às 17h12Domingo: 13h48 às 22h00 (Na semana em que trabalhar no final de semana, você terá folga na sexta-feira anterior e na segunda-feira seguinte!);📍 Localização: Liberdade – São Paulo / SP (Próximo à Estação Vergueiro do Metrô).🎁 O que oferecemos (Remuneração & Benefícios): 💰 Remuneração: R$ 1.625,33 (Fixo) + Programa de Premiação por DesempenhoHistórico de ganhos: Média mensal com premiação dobrando o salário-base, podendo chegar ao triplo em períodos de pico de vendas
