O Operador de Telemarketing profissional responsável por realizar o primeiro contato, qualificação de leads, agendamentos de consultas e o relacionamento ativo e receptivo com os pacientes.Resumo do CargoÁrea: Comercial / Atendimento ao Cliente / TelemarketingObjetivo principal: Converter leads e contatos em agendamentos de avaliações odontológicas, prestando um atendimento humanizado, esclarecendo dúvidas e mantendo o relacionamento pós consulta.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento Ativo e Receptivo: Fazer ligações e responder mensagens (via WhatsApp e redes sociais) para potenciais pacientes que demonstraram interesse nos serviços da clínica.Qualificação e Triagem: Entender a necessidade do paciente (implantes, ortodontia, estética, emergência) e direcionar para a avaliação correta.Agendamento de Consultas: Marcar horários de avaliação e encaixes na agenda dos dentistas, garantindo alta taxa de comparecimento.Confirmação e Follow-up: Confirmar a presença nas consultas véspera do atendimento e realizar novas tentativas de contato com quem faltou ou não fechou orçamento.Registro de Dados: Atualizar o sistema de gestão da clínica com o histórico de conversas, status dos leads e observações dos pacientes.Suporte Comercial: Trabalhar em conjunto com os consultores/recepção da clínica para o atingimento de metas mensais de novos pacientes.
