Nossas vagas também são validas ao público PCD.#MedSênior #vagas #hiring #oportunidades #tecnologia #saúde #contratando 📌 Importante: não efetuamos cobranças de taxas em nossos processos seletivos.Responsabilidades e atribuições Receber as ligações telefônicas, e-mail e WhatsApp dos beneficiários / familiares e prestadores de serviços, identificar a demanda a fim de resolver quando tratar-se de assunto de sua competência ou, se for o caso, encaminhar para o SAC ou o setor responsável.Realizar atendimentos receptivos e ativos em todos os canais disponíveis para atendimento ao cliente, interno e externo ( chat-e-mail, WhatsApp e etc);Receber solicitações de alterações cadastrais como mudança de endereço e/ou telefone, cancelamentos, modificação de dados do contrato, cancelamento de plano etc., fazer os devidos registros no sistema, a fim de que a solicitação seja processada e resolvida.Receber solicitações e encaminhar a 2° via de boletos, carnês, declaração de imposto de renda e carteira do plano, processando o pedido conforme normas da empresa, a fim de solucionar a questão.Esclarecer dúvidas dos beneficiários relativas ao contrato e/ou procedimentos para utilização do plano de saúde, atendimentos eletivos e de urgência, prestar as informações conforme determinações da ANS e regras da empresa, a fim de orientar o interessado.Requisitos e qualificações Conhecimento em informática básica;Ensino médio completo;Flexibilidade de horários;Disponibilidade para atuar na escala 6x1;Experiência prévia no atendimento ao público ou em atividades de telemarketing será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Ticket, Plano de Saúde e Odontológico, Gympass, folga aniversário, acolhimento psicológico e vale transporte.
