Bem-vindo à Nova 381 – um novo caminho começa aqui.Responsabilidades e atribuições O QUE VOCÊ IRÁ FAZER COMO OPERADOR(A) DE TRÁFEGORealizar o patrulhamento contínuo da rodovia, inspecionando o trecho e identificando ocorrências, riscos, não conformidades e condições que possam impactar a segurança e a fluidez do tráfego;Verificar as condições da pista, sinalização, dispositivos de segurança e faixa de domínio, reportando ao Centro de Controle Operacional (CCO) as irregularidades identificadas e as necessidades de intervenção, contribuindo para o direcionamento das ações de manutenção e atendimento;Prestar atendimento emergencial aos usuários em situações de pane, acidentes e outras ocorrências, realizando orientações, sinalização, preservação do local e garantindo a segurança , conforme os procedimentos operacionais e de segurançaIdentificar e remover objetos que ofereçam riscos aos usuários, e acionar as equipes responsáveis quando necessária a remoção de objetos de grande porte;Acompanhar e fiscalizar obras e serviços realizados na faixa de domínio, observando as condições de segurança e comunicando eventuais irregularidades, de acordo com as normas e procedimentos estabelecidos;Cumprir os procedimentos operacionais, as normas de segurança e os princípios de conduta da empresa.Requisitos e qualificações O QUE PRECISAMOSEnsino Médio Completo;CNH definitiva, categoria A/D, A/E, D ou D/EDisponibilidade para atuar em escala e turnoDisponibilidade para trabalho externo (atuação contínua em rodovia)Disponibilidade para atuar em situações emergenciais e diferentes condições operacionaisDIFERENCIAISExperiência prévia com direção profissional de veículos leves ou pesadosExperiência em atendimento ao usuário, operações rodoviárias ou atividades similaresVivência em concessionárias de rodovias, empresas de infraestrutura ou operações de campoInformações adicionais BENEFÍCIOS🩺 Assistência Médica (extensivo para dependentes)🦷 Assistência Odontológica (extensivo para dependentes e agregados)🧠 Assistência Psicológica📑 Seguro de Vida🏋 Parceria com Serviços de Bem-Estar🍴 Vale Alimentação/Refeição (flexível)🚍 Vale Transporte ou Auxílio Mobilidade🏖️ Day Off de Aniversário💵 PLR - Participação nos Lucros e Resultados
