Se você gosta de desafios reaise quer sentir orgulho do que constrói todos os dias, a Rumo é o seu lugar!Você está pronto(a) para movimentar o Brasil com a gente?#VemPraRumoSobre a posiçãoO Operador de Via Permanente atua diretamente na manutenção da infraestrutura ferroviária, contribuindo para que a via esteja em condições adequadas e seguras para a circulação dos trens.Você fará parte de uma equipe operacional responsável por atividades de manutenção, conservação e inspeção da ferrovia, utilizando ferramentas e equipamentos específicos e seguindo rigorosamente os procedimentos de segurança.É uma oportunidade para quem busca ingressar no setor ferroviário, desenvolver conhecimentos técnicos e construir uma trajetória profissional na Rumo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:Apoiar a equipe nas atividades de manutenção e conservação da via permanente, utilizando ferramentas manuais e equipamentos específicos;Realizar atividades como substituição de dormentes, trilhos e outros componentes da via;Apoiar a limpeza, organização e desobstrução da faixa de domínio ferroviária;Realizar carga e descarga de ferramentas e materiais utilizados nas atividades de campo;Montar e organizar a área de vivência da equipe;Realizar rondas e inspeções da via, a pé e/ou com autotrem, identificando possíveis condições que necessitem de manutenção;Apoiar atividades de nivelamento e manutenção da via, incluindo juntas e AMV (Aparelho de Mudança de Via);Apoiar inspeções em equipamentos e dispositivos de segurança da via;Atender ocorrências e situações emergenciais relacionadas à via permanente, conforme orientação da liderança;Cumprir os procedimentos operacionais e de segurança estabelecidos pela empresa;Participar dos treinamentos e do desenvolvimento técnico previstos para a função.ExperiênciaSerá considerado um diferencial:Experiência em atividades operacionais, manutenção ou construção civil;Conhecimento ou experiência anterior no setor ferroviário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ensino Médio Completo.Informações adicionaisModelo de TrabalhoRegime de trabalho: PresencialModelo de contratação: CLTLocal de trabalho: Alto Taquari/MTHorário de trabalho: segunda a sexta-feira das 07:00 às 17:00Exigências de viagem: Não se aplica
