Atuar na manutenção dos equipamentos e linhas de produção, realizando atividades de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva, com foco em garantir a disponibilidade, confiabilidade e segurança dos equipamentos. Identificar e solucionar falhas elétricas, eletrônicas e mecânicas, contribuindo para a continuidade do processo produtivo e para a melhoria dos indicadores de manutenção.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time, você irá: Executar manutenções preventivas, corretivas e preditivas em máquinas e equipamentos de produção. Realizar diagnóstico e solução de falhas elétricas, eletrônicas, mecânicas e eletromecânicas. Atuar diretamente nas linhas de produção durante paradas e intervenções de manutenção. Realizar manutenção e ajustes em motores, sensores, inversores de frequência, painéis elétricos, CLPs e sistemas de automação. Interpretar diagramas elétricos, eletrônicos, pneumáticos e mecânicos. Realizar ajustes, regulagens e parametrizações dos equipamentos. Acompanhar o funcionamento das máquinas após as intervenções, garantindo o retorno seguro à operação. Executar inspeções periódicas e identificar potenciais falhas nos equipamentos. Registrar as atividades realizadas e os problemas identificados no sistema de manutenção. Apoiar a análise de causa raiz de falhas e propor ações para evitar recorrências. Apoiar projetos de melhoria, instalação e adequação de máquinas e equipamentos. Cumprir os procedimentos de segurança, qualidade, meio ambiente e boas práticas da empresa. Zelar pela organização, limpeza e conservação das ferramentas e do ambiente de trabalho.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer acontecer, você precisa:

Formação técnica completa em Eletromecânica, Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas. Experiência prévia em manutenção industrial. Experiência com manutenção de máquinas e equipamentos de produção. Conhecimentos em elétrica industrial e comandos elétricos. Conhecimentos em mecânica, pneumática e hidráulica industrial. Capacidade de realizar diagnóstico e análise de falhas. Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de diagramas elétricos e desenhos técnicos. Conhecimento básico/intermediário em inversores de frequência, sensores e sistemas de automação. Conhecimento em segurança do trabalho e utilização de EPIs. Disponibilidade para atuar em ambiente industrial e, quando necessário, em diferentes turnos.Vai ser um diferencial se você tiver: Experiência em indústria de alimentos, nutrição animal, química ou segmentos de processo. Conhecimento em CLP e sistemas de automação industrial. Conhecimento em IHM, inversores de frequência e servomotores. Conhecimento em instrumentação industrial. Experiência com manutenção de máquinas de envase, mistura, transporte e sistemas de movimentação de materiais. Conhecimento em manutenção preditiva e análise de indicadores de manutenção. Experiência com análise de causa raiz e ferramentas de melhoria contínua. NR-10 e NR-35 atualizadas serão consideradas diferenciais. Conhecimento em TPM, 5S, Lean Manufacturing e/ou ferramentas de melhoria contínua.
