✨ Antes de tudo, você precisa saber:No Grupo Bio, buscamos construir um ambiente de trabalho cada vez mais diverso e inclusivo.Por isso, todas as nossas vagas são abertas também para candidaturas de pessoas com deficiência, além de profissionais de diferentes crenças, origens, raças, orientações sexuais e identidades de gênero.Nossa Missão: Auxiliar nas etapas do processo de produção – fracionamento, rotulagem e embalagem, minimizando perdas e garantindo a qualidade da produção.📌 Vaga:  Operador Multifuncional I -  2° turno (Firstlab) 📍 Local de Trabalho: Rua Brasholanda, 240 Weissópolis/Pinhais-PR;💻 Modelo de Trabalho: PresencialResponsabilidades e atribuições 🔎 Como será seu desafio no dia a dia:Verificar os produtos acabados, identificando falhas, rebarbas, anomalias e outras irregularidades.Dar destino adequado e de acordo com os procedimentos da qualidade, aos produtos não conformes.Preparar embalagens para o início da produção (Caixas, pacotes, etiquetas, luvas, máscaras, fita durex...).Montar, embalar e rotular os produtos de acordo com a quantidade/peso necessário em cada caixa.Fechar e etiquetar todas as caixas finalizadas e distribui-las em paletes e identificar com Ordem de Produção.*Trocar bobinas de BOPP, quando necessário.Comunicar a liderança em casos de falhas nos equipamentos e nos produtos.Fazer conferência das etiquetas conforme OP (Ordem de Produção).Registrar o apontamento (quantidade, rejeitos, parada da máquina, devolução de matéria) de produção.Realizar procedimento de troca de turno (pegar informações do turno anterior, status, refugos, planejamento, gaps...).Conferir as ordens de produção e materiais necessários para execução do trabalho.Fazer a emissão e distribuição das etiquetas conforme os itens a serem produzidos.Pesar e moer o material de refugo, para reaproveitamento do material.Realizar a pesagem e o descarte adequado de produtos contaminados (ex.: queda no chão, contato com óleo, presença de sujeira oucorpos estranhos).Cumprir com o cronograma de produção estipulado.Propor melhorias ou adequações nos processos produtivos.Cumprir integralmente as normas de segurança, de qualidade, organização e limpeza.Manter o local de trabalho organizado e limpo.
