Executar com plena autonomia atividades de alta complexidade nos sistemas de utilidades, abrangendo os sistemas de geração de vapor, tratamento de água e efluentes, sistemas de resfriamento e esteiras transportadoras de biomassa. Responsável por assegurar a continuidade operacional, resolução de falhas e suporte técnico aos demais operadores. Garante o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos e a produtividade do setor, com foco em segurança, eficiência e cumprimento das metas operacionais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOperar os sistemas de geração de vapor, controlando parâmetros operacionais como pressão, temperatura, vazão e qualidade da água;Realizar manobras de partida, operação e parada de caldeiras, obedecendo à lógica operacional e normas de segurança da NR-13;Controlar o funcionamento de sistemas de bombeamento e máquinas fixas, garantindo a operação contínua dos processos de utilidades;Monitorar e operar sistemas de resfriamento (torres, chiller), assegurando eficiência térmica e estabilidade nos processos;Supervisionar e orientar operadores I e II em suas atividades, garantindo o cumprimento de padrões operacionais e de segurança;Realizar inspeções de rotina e preventivas em caldeiras, bombas, válvulas, manômetros, trocadores, painéis e equipamentos correlatos;Elaborar relatórios de produção, consumo de água, vapor e insumos químicos, bem como registrar ocorrências relevantes do turno;Preencher e analisar checklists de operação, manutenção e segurança, sinalizando desvios para tratativas imediatas;Apoiar e, quando necessário, coordenar a comunicação com a manutenção para correção de falhas operacionais;Realizar a operação contínua das esteiras transportadoras de biomassa, garantindo o fluxo adequado de combustível até as caldeiras;Executar/acompanhar intervenções operacionais em casos de travamento, desalinhamento ou acúmulo excessivo de material nas esteiras;Executar/Apoiar manutenção preventiva das esteiras, como substituição de roletes, limpeza de raspadores e ajustes de tensionamento;Identificar ruídos ou comportamentos anormais no sistema de transporte e relatar prontamente para manutenção ou supervisor;Zelar pela integridade física das esteiras e promover melhorias operacionais visando reduzir paradas e perdas de eficiência;Atuar de forma preventiva quanto à segurança, organização e limpeza da área de utilidades, conforme os princípios do 5S;Cumprir rigorosamente os procedimentos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente, utilizando corretamente os EPIs e EPCs;Manter conduta ética, colaborativa e profissional, alinhada aos valores e diretrizes da organização.Exercer as atividades em comum acordo com os valores, políticas, diretrizes, procedimentos e processos da empresa, sempre focando nas metas organizacionais, e mantendo sigilo e protegendo as informações da companhia;Cumprir os as instruções de trabalho (IT¿s) e normas da NR-13 para caldeiras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo; Experiência na área; Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Vale alimentação; Plano de saúde (Unimed); Plano odontológico; Vale transporte; PPR; Gympass; Refeição na empresa.
