Essa é uma oportunidade para aprender uma nova profissão, desenvolver habilidades e conhecer de perto o ambiente operacional.🚜 Como será a formação?Serão 16 horas de capacitação, em novembro de 2026:8 horas de conteúdo teórico, online e ao vivo e 8 horas de atividades práticas, em Paulínia/SP;A participação é 100% gratuita;Certificação ao final da formação.✅ Quem pode participar?Mulheres que tenham:18 anos ou mais I Ensino Médio completo I CNH categoria B I Disponibilidade para participar de toda a formação.Não é necessário ter experiência anterior em operação ou indústria. Mas, se você já tiver experiência, também pode participar!📅 Como funciona a seleção?As inscrições estarão abertas de 21 de setembro a 21 de outubro de 2026.Após a inscrição, faremos uma análise dos requisitos do programa. As candidatas que avançarem serão convidadas para uma conversa com o time de Atração de Talentos da ComBio.✨ E depois da formação?As participantes que concluírem o programa poderão fazer parte do Banco de Talentos da ComBio e ser consideradas para futuras oportunidades na área operacional.A participação no programa não garante contratação. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesELAS OPERAM | O QUE ESPERAR DA FORMAÇÃO Durante a formação, você terá contato com a rotina de operação de uma pá carregadeira e aprenderá sobre:Operação da pá carregadeira para movimentação de biomassa;Rotinas relacionadas ao abastecimento de biomassa e à continuidade do processo produtivo;Procedimentos operacionais e práticas de segurança;Identificação e comunicação de anormalidades durante a operação;Realização de checklists, inspeções e cuidados básicos com o equipamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesMulheres que tenham:

18 anos ou mais I Ensino Médio completo I CNH categoria B I Disponibilidade para participar de toda a formação.Informações adicionaisEtapa “Contratação” é uma configuração padrão da plataforma Gupy. Para o programa Elas Operam, ela representa apenas a conclusão do processo de seleção para a formação. As candidatas aprovadas nesta etapa participarão da capacitação em Operação de Pá Carregadeira e poderão, após a conclusão do programa, integrar o Banco de Talentos da ComBio para futuras oportunidades.
