Valorizamos seu interesse e vontade de fazer parte do grupo, por isso recomendamos um olhar para as outras oportunidades em aberto: https://votorantimcimentos.gupy.io/Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrientar os demais operadores nas atividades de atendimento aos motoristas e transportadores, visando otimizar processos e solucionar possíveis problemas operacionais;Acompanhar e garantir a atualização sistemica de gestão de logística, como SAP e Gpátio, conferindo todos os dados lançados e requeridos no processo;Verificar, analisar e solicitar ajustes nos valores de frete junto à área responsável, garantindo que sejam pertinentes e contribuam para a viabilidade operacional da frota;Acompanhar e orientar os demais operadores no processo de gestão de carteira, analisando pendências e justificativas correspodentes, informando as ações tomadas aos gestores da área;Acompanhar e orientar os demais operadores sobre a programação de cargas, analisando a demanda e definindo a viabilidade de atendimento, bem como o planejamento de transferências de produtos para os CDs, garantido o abastecimento em conformidade com os níveis de estocagem estabelecidos;Orientar motoristas e demais envolvidos em relação aos padrões de segurança, 5S, gestão de conduta e demais diretrizes da empresa;Acompanhar e promover as implementações de novos projetos na área, visando melhorar a produtividade, performance operacional, redução de custos ,entre outros;Acompanhar a gestão de paletes da unidade, bem como reportar a sua liderança imediata;Realizar os processos de pagamentos de fornecedores da unidade, assim como entradas e saídas de nota, apoiando no processo de gestão de custos da unidade;Executar suas atividades dentro dos padrões pré-definidos pelas normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente, a fim de apoiar a empresa no cumprimento de suas metas;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Comunicação assertiva;Dinamismo para atuar em cenário de alta demanda;Conhecimento sobre processos logísticos (desejável);Pacote Office Intermediário (desejável).Informações adicionaisBenefícios que apoiam sua jornada
