Valorizamos seu interesse e vontade de fazer parte do grupo, por isso recomendamos um olhar para as outras oportunidades em aberto: https://votorantimcimentos.gupy.io/Responsabilidades e atribuições Inspecionar diariamente a planta de Britagem preenchendo relatórios com informações para planejamento de manutenções;Identificar falhas mecânicas, falhas potenciais e vazamentos;Realizar reparos na instalação, tais como, reaperto de parafusos, soldas elétricas, desbastes, substituição de roletes, corte de peças metálicas com conjunto oxi-corte, consertos e correias transportadoras;Prestar suporte a equipe de manutenção na realização das manutenções preventivas e ou corretivas da britagem;Realizar limpezas para permitir o bom funcionamento da instalação;Realizar o preenchimento do relatório de produção;Gerar relatório de anomalias de manutenção através de inspeção;Atuar na solução de problemas relacionados a britagem, qualidade do material britado e bom funcionamento do turno de trabalho;Controlar o funcionamento de todo os processos, através de sinais e parâmetros indicadores, interrompendo e ajustando os processos para a correção das variáveis apresentadas;Orientar a descarga de materiais no britador junto aos motoristas, seja diretamente ou via rádio de comunicação;Fazer coletas de amostras e encaminhá-las ao laboratório conforme necessidade do processo bem como acompanhar os resultados e solicitar os ajustes necessários para que os resultados esperados sejam obtidos;Reportar ao supervisor imediato, na verificação de quaisquer irregularidades.
