Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesInspecionar diariamente a planta de britagem, preenchendo relatórios com informações para o planejamento das atividades de manutenção; Identificar falhas mecânicas, falhas potenciais e vazamentos; Realizar reparos na instalação, tais como reaperto de parafusos, soldagem elétrica, desbastes, substituição de roletes, corte de peças metálicas com conjunto oxicorte e reparos em correias transportadoras; Prestar suporte à equipe de manutenção na execução de manutenções preventivas e corretivas da britagem; Realizar atividades de limpeza para garantir o bom funcionamento da instalação; Preencher relatórios de produção; Registrar e reportar anomalias de manutenção identificadas durante as inspeções; Atuar na solução de problemas relacionados à britagem, à qualidade do material britado e ao bom funcionamento da operação durante o turno de trabalho; Monitorar o funcionamento de todos os processos por meio de sinais e parâmetros operacionais, realizando ajustes e interrupções quando necessário para correção de desvios; Orientar a descarga de materiais no britador junto aos motoristas, de forma presencial ou por meio de rádio de comunicação; Coletar amostras e encaminhá-las ao laboratório, conforme necessidade do processo, acompanhando os resultados e solicitando os ajustes necessários para o atendimento aos parâmetros estabelecidos; Reportar imediatamente ao supervisor quaisquer irregularidades identificadas durante a operação.Requisitos e qualificações

ESCOLARIDADE:  

Ensino médio completo;Formação técnica completa ou cursando em Mecânica, Eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas, será considerado um diferencial.CONHECIMENTOS NECESSÁRIOS:                              Informática básica;Manutenção industrial básica (manuseio de conjunto oxicorte, solda elétrica, elementos de máquina, colagem de correias transportadoras).
