We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead key operational functions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and strong business partnership. This position plays a critical role in driving performance, process optimization, governance, and team development across multiple operational areas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLead and oversee shared operational services, ensuring service quality, compliance, and SLA achievement.Manage Order Management, Pricing, Procurement, and Commissions operations.Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Establish and maintain governance, controls, documentation, and process standardization.Partner with business units to align priorities, expectations, and operational performance.Drive automation and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.Oversee supplier management activities, including performance and compliance monitoring.Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.Manage strategic projects and initiatives that support business objectives.Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.Advanced or Fluent English.Senior leadership experience in Operations or transaction-intensive environments.Solid experience managing Order Management, Procurement, Pricing, Commissions, Customer Operations, or related operational functions.Experience with SLA governance, KPI management, and operational performance improvement.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proven experience leading, developing, and managing teams.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Considered a PlusExperience in Shared Services environments or within IT, Telecommunications, Distribution, Services, or other business-to-business (B2B) industries.MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.Project Management certification (Agile and/or Traditional methodologies).Training or certifications in Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management
