Sobre a vaga

Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Orçamentista Pleno, com experiência nos segmentos de estruturas metálicas, coberturas, fachadas e painéis termoisolantes.

Principais responsabilidades

Analisar projetos multidisciplinares — arquitetônicos, estruturais, elétricos e hidráulicos — para compreender os escopos e levantar quantitativos. Elaborar, revisar e atualizar orçamentos, calculando quantitativos de materiais, mão de obra e equipamentos. Desenvolver composições unitárias de preços com valores realistas e competitivos. Cotar materiais, equipamentos e mão de obra com fornecedores, distribuidores, prestadores de serviço e subcontratados, acompanhando as condições de mercado. Participar de reuniões com clientes para apresentar e justificar propostas e sugerir alternativas viáveis. Registrar propostas e revisões no CRM.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Graduação em Engenharia Civil ou Engenharia Mecânica. Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em orçamento técnico, preferencialmente nos segmentos de estruturas metálicas, revestimentos de edifícios e atividades de fabricação. Experiência ou conhecimento nos segmentos de estruturas metálicas, coberturas, fachadas e painéis termoisolantes. Conhecimento de projetos executivos e capacidade de analisar projetos multidisciplinares e levantar quantitativos. Conhecimento de AutoCAD. Pacote Office em nível intermediário, especialmente Excel. Diferencial: conhecimento em metodologia BIM, preferencialmente com Revit e Navisworks.

Capacidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes. Organização para elaborar, revisar e acompanhar orçamentos e propostas. Comunicação clara para interagir com clientes, fornecedores e equipes de projeto. Habilidade de negociação e colaboração na busca por alternativas viáveis e competitivas.
