Seguindo o princípio de que “tudo que merece ser feito, merece ser bem feito", temos quatro frentes de atuação: a Engeform Engenharia, com mais de 630 empreendimentos e obras entregues pelo Brasil com a “arte de engenheirar”; a Engeform Desenvolvimento Imobiliário, que conta com uma carteira própria de edifícios corporativos e módulos residenciais inovadores; a Engeform Energia, que atua no mercado de energia renovável, impulsionando a transição para um futuro sustentável; e a Engeform Concessões e Investimentos, onde atuamos com negócios estruturados em mercados prioritários no Brasil.Estamos com uma oportunidade para a unidade de Concessões e Investimentos para atuar como Orçamentista com foco em edificações.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIrá realizar os orçamentos para os projetos de concessões e PPP's de escolas e instituições educacionais.Atribuições:✓Elaborar a composição de custo total do projeto e apresentar para a chefia imediata, para determinação da margem de lucro;✓ Elaborar proposta comercial, determinando o orçamento e custo da mesma, de acordo com as especificações dos editais e a listagem de recursos necessários, garantindo a assertividade do custo;✓ Elaborar a apresentação da proposta técnica, descrevendo os recursos, processos e estrutura de apoio envolvidos no projeto;✓ Pesquisar novos editais e concorrências, de acordo com a área de atuação e interesse da Empresa;✓ Atuar na busca de novas tecnologias e alternativas executivas para a viabilização dos orçamentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável ter atuado em obras de construção de escolas e instituições educacionais.Conhecimento para a elaboração de matriz de risco e fluxo de caixa.Conhecimento e domínio dos processos de licitações públicas, Lei 14.133 e 8.666, PPP's e Concessões.Formação:Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Civil.Informações adicionais
