Considerado o maior museu a céu aberto da América Latina, o Instituto Inhotim, Jardim Botânico e Museu de Arte Contemporânea, busca, para compor sua equipe, pessoas para ocupar o cargo de Orientador(a) de Público.Localizado em Brumadinho (MG) desde 2006, o Inhotim é uma organização sem fins lucrativos, mantida por recursos de bilheteria, realização de eventos e doações de pessoas físicas e jurídicas — diretas ou por meio das Leis Federal e Estadual de Incentivo à Cultura.Suas paisagens ao longo dos 140 hectares de visitação proporcionam aos visitantes uma experiência única que mescla arte e natureza. Mais de 500 pessoas colaboram para toda essa estrutura funcione a cada dia. Venha trabalhar com a gente também!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEssa pessoa será responsável por: - Atender e orientar o público visitante, cumprindo e fazendo cumprir as normas e procedimentos operacionais de acolhimento e de segurança pré-definidos;- Prestar informações gerais ao público envolvendo: locais internos, atividades, calendários de exposições e eventos entre outros;-Propiciar que o ambiente esteja sempre agradável aos visitantes;- Zelar pela conservação dos bens patrimoniais, solicitando manutenção, reparo e/ou reposição, sempre que necessário;- Estar em constante aprendizado durante as formações sobre os acervos do Instituto;- Promover a troca de informações contribuindo para inclusão social de pessoas com deficiência que fazem parte da equipe;- Realizar outras atividades correlatas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil da pessoa a se candidatar: - Ensino médio completo ou em curso;- Desejável já ter tido experiências anteriores em atendimento ao público;- Ótimo relacionamento interpessoal;- Ótima comunicação oral.Informações adicionaisSobre a vaga:- Regime CLT;- Plano de Saúde, Plano Odontológico, Transporte, Vale-transporte, Alimentação, Cartão Alimentação, Vale-cultura, Seguro de vida, Wellhub;- Disponibilidade aos finais de semana e feriados.
