Realizar atendimentos e orientações individuais ou em grupo aos alunos, apoiando questões relacionadas à rotina escolar, convivência e desempenho acadêmico;

Atuar na mediação de conflitos entre alunos, professores e demais integrantes da comunidade escolar;

Manter comunicação próxima com pais e responsáveis, realizando atendimentos, orientações e acompanhamentos quando necessário;

Trabalhar em parceria com professores e coordenação pedagógica na identificação e acompanhamento das necessidades dos estudantes;

Acompanhar indicadores como frequência, rendimento, comportamento e participação dos alunos, propondo ações de intervenção e acompanhamento;

Apoiar professores na condução de situações relacionadas ao comportamento, relacionamento interpessoal e dinâmica dos estudantes;

Participar de reuniões com famílias, professores, coordenação e demais profissionais envolvidos no acompanhamento dos alunos;

Desenvolver e apoiar ações voltadas à convivência escolar, respeito, diversidade, inclusão e fortalecimento das relações interpessoais;

Contribuir para estratégias de acolhimento e integração dos estudantes no ambiente escolar;

Registrar e acompanhar atendimentos, ocorrências e encaminhamentos realizados;

Atuar de forma integrada com a equipe de gestão e demais profissionais da instituição.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Pedagogia, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas à Educação;

Experiência com estudantes do Ensino Fundamental II e Ensino Médio;

Vivência em ambiente escolar e no acompanhamento de alunos e famílias;

Experiência com orientação educacional, mediação de conflitos e atendimento a pais e responsáveis;

Boa capacidade de escuta, acolhimento e comunicação;

Habilidade para lidar com situações de conflito e diferentes demandas do ambiente escolar;

Facilidade para trabalhar em conjunto com professores, coordenação e famílias;

Valorização da diversidade e promoção de um ambiente educacional inclusivo;

Organização e habilidade para realizar registros e acompanhamentos;
