Se você tem um perfil pro ativo, educado, paciente e ágil, venha fazer parte deste time!Responsabilidades e atribuições Organizar e supervisionar entrada, saída e distribuição de veículos no pátio.Orientar motoristas sobre procedimentos, regras de estacionamento e fluxo de tráfego.Realizar rondas de segurança e vigilância, garantindo conformidade com normas e políticas.Monitorar vagas disponíveis, sinalização e organização do espaço para otimizar ocupação.Comunicar-se com clientes, equipes de manobristas e controle de acesso para resolver pendências.Administrar registros de eventos, incidentes e ocorrências no pátio.Coordenar atividades de manobras, guiar veículos com cuidado e evitar danos a patrimônio.Verificar condições de iluminação, sinalização e itens de segurança no entorno.Suportar operações de recebimento/entrega de veículos, quando aplicável.Auxiliar na gestão de incidentes, acidentes ou conflitos, encaminhando para a linha apropriada.Participar de treinamentos e contribuir com melhorias de procedimentos e eficiência operacional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: ensino médio completo;Experiência: experiência prévia em operações de pátio, controle de acesso, ou similares; aHabilidades: boa comunicação, atendimento ao cliente, habilidades de orientação de veículos, tomada de decisão rápida, proatividade.Organização: capacidade de planejar e acompanhar rotinas, manter registros de incidentes para evidenciar e melhorar os processos.Competências técnicas: conhecimento básico de informática (pacote Office) e familiaridade com sistemas de controle de acesso e vigilância.Disponibilidade de horários: disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos, incluindo fins de semana e feriados, conforme necessidade.Físico e prática: boa resistência física para permanecer em pátio, caminhadas, rondas; aptidão para lidar com ambientes externos.Segurança e conformidade: orientação a normas de segurança, vigilância, iluminação, sinalização e proteção de patrimônio.Habilidades interpessoais: facilidade para lidar com clientes, equipes de manobristas e terceiros; gestão de conflitos básica.Documentos: carteira de habilitação válida (quando exigido pela função) e eventuais certificações de segurança do trabalho podem ser diferenciais.Informações adicionaisSalário: 2.191,19• Assistência médica ou VA 315,00• Assistência odontológicaVR R$ 15,00• Vale transporte ou Ajuda de custo VC• Local: SHOPPING VILLA LOBOS Escala a definir, disponibilidade para trabalhar aos finais de semana
