O cargo possui a missão de ter uma pessoa com foco total na originação de grãos em sua região de atuação. Montando estratégias de compra adequadas para a necessidade local, fazendo um mapa diário de riscos e oportunidades. Irá responder para o gerente da filial que está alocado e interagir diariamente com a mesa sobre sua região de abrangência. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pelas compras de grãos da sua região de atuação;Responsável pela atualização de dados cadastrais da sua carteira;Mapear área de atuação;Prospectar novos clientes;Buscar oportunidades de negócios de acordo com a característica da sua região oferecendo sempre que possível todos os serviços do grupo;Acompanhar a execução de contrato (emissão de NF, embarque e desembarque);Manter conhecimento das tendências do mercado e notícias do setor para tomar decisões informadas de compra e venda;Acompanhar os contratos de compra de grãos, entre origem do produto e destino;Dar suporte a mesa de commodities;Dar suporte para o time de insumos em troca "barter" onde envolver insumos por grãos;Gestão estratégica da região, plantio, produtividade, colheita, escoamento e comercialização dos demais concorrentes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Administração, Agronomia, Economia e ou áreas a finsExperiência em compras de grãosConhecimento em matemática financeira e dados econômicosTécnicas de negociaçõesProspecção de novos clientesExcel intermediárioInformações adicionaisPlano de Saúde Unimed;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;PLR Anual.
