Realizar conferência e controle de contratos, propostas de venda (PVs) e comissionamentos, assegurando a conformidade das informações. Prestar suporte operacional ao time Comercial e corretores, orientando sobre processos, procedimentos e demandas da área. Monitorar indicadores, elaborar relatórios gerenciais e acompanhar resultados de vendas, contribuindo para a tomada de decisão. Controlar cadastros, atualizações sistêmicas e demais atividades administrativas relacionadas à operação comercial. Atuar como interface entre a área Comercial e áreas de apoio, garantindo o acompanhamento e a tratativa das solicitações. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, contribuindo para a padronização, eficiência e qualidade dos processos da Secretaria de Vendas. Garantir a organização, integridade e atualização das informações, controles e registros da operação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos que você tenha:Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Gestão de Processos, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com rotinas de suporte comercial, acompanhamento de processos de vendas, conferência documental ou atendimento ao time comercial.
