Como Supervisor de Segurança do Trabalho você irá se reportar à Gerência de Segurança do Trabalho.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades:Realizar vistorias em toda as obras da organização, detectando as condições inseguras de trabalho e prováveis riscos, propondo medidas de controle;  Durante as vistorias realizar inspeções visuais de máquinas / equipamentos e ferramentas com o objetivo de assegurar seu uso apropriado e seguro;   Durante as vistorias realizar controle de utilização de equipamentos de proteção individual, solicitando sua reposição quando necessário e utilizando o Termo de Responsabilidade de EPI;  Realizar verificação de documentação pessoal dos funcionários (cópia da CTPS, ficha cadastral com foto, ASO e certificados de treinamento e integração) admissional e/ou periódica;Ministrar treinamentos específicos relativos à saúde e segurança dos trabalhadores;   Apoia a implementação da gestão integrada da segurança, em conjunto com a liderança corporativa, a fim de monitorar e enquadrar as ações preventivas com ações de produção da obra,   Coleta dados com objetivo de gerar gráficos, planilhas e indicadores gerais que venham a contribuir com os resultados e metas da organização    Apoia a obras em caso de acidentes com colaboradores, aciona o Gestor responsável da área,  Monitora o  andamento da documentação referente a acidente de trabalho (CAT, ficha de acidente de trabalho) Detectar e notificar a obra (empreiteiros e funcionários) sobre as possíveis condições inseguras, orientando-a sob medidas de correção;Apoiar tecnicamente o time de Segurança do Trabalho e Engenharia;Treinar a equipe de Segurança do Trabalho em Fluxos e Procedimentos;Identifica melhorias nos processos de execução da obra com segurança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios:Formação Técnica em Segurança do Trabalho com registro ativo no MTE.Experiência comprovada em Segurança do Trabalho no segmento da Construção Civil em Obra Vertical com Alvenaria Estrutural e Convencional.Experiência anterior em cargos de liderança, gestão ou supervisão de equipes de Segurança do Trabalho.Conhecimento aprofundado das Normas Regulamentadoras, com destaque para:NR 01 – Gerenciamento de Riscos Ocupacionais;NR 06 – Equipamentos de Proteção Individual;NR 18 – Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho na Indústria da Construção;NR 35 – Trabalho em Altura;NR 33 – Espaço Confinado;NR 10 – Segurança em Instalações Elétricas.Vivência na elaboração e acompanhamento de:APR (Análise Preliminar de Risco);PGR (Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos);Investigação de acidentes e incidentes;Indicadores de segurança.Experiência na realização de treinamentos, DDS (Diálogo Diário de Segurança) e campanhas de conscientização.Conhecimento em gestão de documentação legal e atendimento a fiscalizações e auditorias.Domínio do Pacote Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint).Disponibilidade para visitas frequentes às obras.Formação Completa em Segurança do Trabalho;Veículo Próprio e CNH Ativa;Cursando Engenharia Civil ou de Produção.Requisitos Desejáveis:Experiência em construtoras e incorporadoras de médio ou grande porte;Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente (SSMA);Experiência com certificações ISO 9001, ISO 45001 e ISO 14001;Vivência em programas de cultura de segurança e comportamento seguro;Certificações complementares relacionadas a Trabalho em Altura, Espaço Confinado, Brigada de Emergência e Primeiros Socorros;Experiência em obras residenciais verticais de múltiplos pavimentos;Fácil Acesso às Regiões Norte, Centro e Oeste de São Paulo.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Assistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Vale-refeição; Seguro de vida; Reembolso de Gasolina por Quilometragem; Parcerias educacionais;Wellhub;Cesta Natalidade.Informações importantes:A vaga é presencial em São Paulo.Horário: Comercial.
