Descrição da vaga A Rappanui atua há mais de 20 anos no mercado de eventos, oferecendo experiências gastronômicas e de hospitalidade para casamentos, celebrações e eventos corporativos. Estamos estruturando nossa área Comercial e buscamos uma pessoa para atuar no Pós-Vendas, sendo responsável por acompanhar o cliente após o fechamento do contrato e garantir uma experiência de relacionamento próxima e de alto padrão até a realização do evento.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuições Receber os clientes após o fechamento do contrato e assumir a continuidade do relacionamento;Realizar o acompanhamento da jornada do cliente até a realização do evento;Manter uma cadência de contatos adequada ao momento de cada cliente;Acompanhar os principais detalhes do evento, como cronograma, mapa, estrutura, logística e demais necessidades;Entender as expectativas e necessidades do cliente ao longo da jornada;Participar de degustações e outros encontros presenciais com clientes;Atuar em conjunto com as áreas Comercial, Produção e Logística para garantir o alinhamento das informações;Identificar oportunidades de venda de produtos e serviços adicionais (upselling/cross-selling);Apresentar possibilidades de upgrades e soluções complementares para o evento;Registrar e atualizar informações e interações no CRM;Contribuir para a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes;Acompanhar indicadores relacionados à experiência do cliente e ao pós-venda.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificações Experiência prévia com atendimento, relacionamento com clientes, pós-vendas ou área Comercial;Ensino superior cursando ou concluído;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Perfil organizado e atento aos detalhes;Facilidade para criar e manter relacionamento com clientes;Postura consultiva e foco na experiência do cliente;Organização para acompanhar diferentes clientes e etapas simultaneamente;Familiaridade com CRM;Desejável experiência nos segmentos de eventos, gastronomia, hotelaria, serviços ou atendimento ao público.Buscamos uma pessoa comunicativa, organizada e que goste de relacionamento, capaz de acompanhar o cliente de forma próxima e cuidadosa durante toda a sua jornada com a Rappanui.Informações adicionais 📍 Informações práticasModelo de trabalho: presencial;Localização: Piratininga, NiteróiHorário: segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 17h.Remuneração e BenefíciosEstamos trabalhando com pretensão salarial;Alimentação no local;Alelo Pod no valor de R$ 120,00;Vale-transporte;Comissão variável; Participação em degustações e encontros presenciais com clientes, com deslocamento custeado pela empresa;Possibilidade de complemento de renda através da participação em eventos da empresa.
