Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar los procesos de búsqueda y selección dentro de la unidad, lo que incluye comité de Selección, procesos admisionales y confección de carpeta de legajos.Ingreso de datos al sistema interno de GyG, MJT e IPS.Entrevistas por competencia y evaluaciones psicotécnicas.Verificación, actualización y seguimiento de legajos de los colaboradores.Apoyo logístico y organizacional en las campañas de SYSO, Medio Ambiente, GyG.Seguimiento mensual y realización de reportes del calendario anual de capacitaciones.Inducción, capacitaciones y reentrenamientos.Actualización y seguimiento de canales de comunicación.Organización y seguimiento de actualización anual de datos de colaboradores.Apoyo diario en gestiones de tareas administrativas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormación:Egresado de las carreras de Psicología (Clínica, Organizacional), Administración de Empresas o a fines.Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos de Selección y Desarrollo Organizacional.Experiencia en procesos masivos de reclutamiento y selección.Experiencia en assessment y dinámicas de medición de competencias.
