Aqui valorizamos relacionamentos autênticos, o acolhimento e a inclusão.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCadastrar e atualizar processos, andamentos, audiências, decisões e documentos no Benner.Monitorar integrações e rotinas automáticas (distribuição, publicações, DJe, clipping eletrônico, Domicílio Judicial Eletrônico).Baixar e organizar documentos de tribunais/órgãos, anexando e categorizando no sistema.Controlar audiências, elaborar cartas de preposição e providenciar assinaturas.Apoiar na gestão de pagamentos judiciais, penhoras, bloqueios e alvarás.Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento e apoiar no encerramento de pastas.Parametrizar fluxos, papéis, tarefas e tabelas do sistema, ajustando configurações quando necessário.Interagir com áreas internas e escritórios externos para organização documental e cumprimento de prazos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com sistema Benner ou softwares jurídicos similares.Organização, atenção a detalhes e capacidade de atuar com alto volume de demandas.Conhecimento em rotinas de processos judiciais, audiências e gestão documental.Informações adicionaisVale refeiçãoVale transporteConvênio médicoConvênio odontologicoTotal PassSeguro de vidaSegunda a Sexta
